Think of me as a supportive best friend with a toolkit — as both a Certified Behavior Therapist and Trained Parent Education Consultant, I provide something different from traditional therapy: the ability to assess your child's specific behaviors and create targeted strategies and interventions that empower you to handle your daily parenting challenges more effectively.

How do sessions work?

Depending on your package, we’ll connect via email support. You’ll get a chance to share what’s going on, and I’ll help you move forward — whether that’s organizing and prioritizing your week, calming your mind, or untangling a problem.

Can I try one session before committing to a package?

Absolutely. I offer one-time sessions (called "The Reset Session") so you can get a feel for the experience without a subscription- and get the support you need quickly. If you love it (and most people do!), you can upgrade to a full support subscription based plan and have the $79 fee applied towards your first month.

Do you work with my child, just me or with my whole family?

My work is centered on supporting you — the parent or caregiver — because lasting change starts at home. With over 20 years of experience working directly with children and their families in their own homes, I’ve had a front-row seat to the real-life dynamics that shape behavior.

Working in-home is a completely different experience than seeing families in an office. I’ve been in the trenches — navigating meltdowns in living rooms, tough conversations at kitchen tables, and the day-to-day chaos that doesn’t always show up in a clinical setting. Whether I was supporting high-profile clients or families in Section 8 housing, one truth always remained: at the core, we’re all facing the same challenges when it comes to relationships, parenting, and creating a more peaceful home.

While I don’t work directly with your child in this setting, I take a highly personalized approach. You’ll complete a thorough intake questionnaire focused on your child’s behavior, environment, and personality. That insight helps me equip you with practical, compassionate strategies that are tailored to your family — and actually work in your real life.

Why would I need messaging support — can’t I just Google it?

Google is great for quick facts — but it doesn’t know you, your child, or what’s really going on behind the scenes. My support is personalized and relationship-based. Every response I send is tailored to your unique family, your values, your goals, and the very real frustrations you're navigating.

This isn’t about generic advice — it’s about having someone in your corner who sees the full picture and helps you move forward with calm, clarity, and confidence. You don’t need more information — you need guidance that actually fits your life.

What’s your availability typically like?

I offer flexible scheduling to meet a range of needs. You'll receive a booking link after you purchase a package or session. I try to accommodate urgent needs when possible, especially for recurring clients.

Clients on the The Calm-in-the-Storm Concierge plan receive personalized support and guidance within just 24 hours, the Steady Support Plan & The Reset Session is a 48 hour response time.
